Privacy policy

Short version: our games keep your progress on your device, we don't collect personal information, and the free versions may show ads from Google.

This policy explains how Delic Group AS ("we", "us") handles information in our apps and games, including Pittari. Kineform has its own privacy policy at kineform.app.

What we collect

We do not ask for your name, email address or account, and we do not collect personal information ourselves. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device.

Advertising

The free version of some of our games may show ads provided by Google AdMob. Where required (for example in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before ads are personalised, and you can change your choice at any time in the app. To show and measure ads, Google may process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address and approximate location. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. If you buy the ad-free version, no ads are shown.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, but never your payment details.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads shown in our games are limited to family-friendly content.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data about you, and you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Since we do not store personal data ourselves, most requests are best directed at the ad provider, but we are happy to help: write to momcilo@delicgroup.no.
